It has a fine and creamy texture, as it has been ground with traditional methods of the highest quality and only roasted peanuts have been used. The peanut is a very nutritious legume, with a high content of protein, fiber, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals, as well as having a high concentration of albumin, almost as much as meat. Approximately 50% of its fat is monounsaturated, and 30% polyunsaturated, the latter being mostly Omega 6, and 25% vegetable protein.
