The 226ERS Bio Energy 25 g energy gel with caffeine (40 units) is designed to meet the energy demands during sports practice by providing sustained energy release. Gluten-free product, composed of organic products, complex and simple carbohydrate syrups, water, sea salt, potassium chloride, citric acid, fruit powders, and natural flavours.
The composition includes minerals, mainly sodium. This is eliminated through sweat. A marked decrease can cause muscle cramps, weakness, and in extreme cases, hyponatremia. Its presence in the body increases the rate of water absorption, delays fatigue, and decreases urine production, increasing fluid levels.
