Energy Shot is a 60 ml liquid vial formulated with specific ingredients to improve the athlete's performance and reduce fatigue during training and competitions. For those times when you need extra energy both to cope with training and competitions, and to tackle the tasks of the day and be more productive.
Each vial contains:
- 2000 mg of Arginine AKG: Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate is an evolved form of arginine, which improves its assimilation and absorption. It is the amino acid precursor of nitric oxide and contributes to a better endothelial dilatation of the walls of blood vessels, thus increasing blood flow and the amount of nitric oxide in the blood. It is also necessary for the synthesis of proteins within the body's tissues and therefore promotes tissue repair.
- 1500 mg of Beta Alanine: It is a non-essential amino acid that promotes the synthesis of carnosine within the muscle fibers, significantly raising the levels of this substance in the muscles. Its main functions are the regulation of PH, avoiding the acidity in the body produced by lactate, which delays the onset of fatigue. It maintains ATP reserves which is the energy source for cellular functions and increases calcium sensitivity in muscle fibers, increasing strength while reducing fatigue during muscle activity.
- 1500 mg of Taurine: It is an amino acid that plays an important role in the immune system and helps protect cells. It contributes to the body's total antioxidant capacity and is important for energy metabolism. For all these reasons, it improves sports performance thanks to its effect on the central nervous system and muscular response.
- 500 mg of Tyrosine: It is an essential amino acid for the normal formation of dopamine, which is necessary for normal muscle contraction and function. It is necessary to maintain physical and mental activity in conditions of high demand.
- 250 mg of caffeine: We have used caffeine anhydrous which keeps the caffeine properties intact. Caffeine is a stimulant that boosts the central nervous system by increasing energy levels while reducing fatigue and tiredness and increasing mental alertness and concentration. It also stimulates the mobilization and oxidation of fats, thus increasing the availability of fuel for muscle work, optimizing the availability of glycogen reserves.
How to use: Take 1 vial 15 minutes before exercise or in moments when we are tired and need to be stimulated.
Ingredients: Water, L-Arginine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate (2:1), Beta-Alanine, L-Taurine, acidifier (citric acid), banana flavouring, tyrosine, caffeine anhydrous, preservatives (potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate).
