The 226ERS Sub9 Pro Electrolytes salts (80 capsules) are indicated for situations of high heat and/or humidity during exercise, in order to reduce muscle cramps and prevent performance decline due to dehydration during exercise. Food supplement based on Vitamins and Minerals. Contains caffeine (40 mg/caps). Caffeine reduces fatigue and improves the individual's energy efficiency during exercise.

- Usage: Take 1 to 2 capsules per hour, with at least one glass of water during intake (150ml) up to a total of 5 capsules, to not exceed the recommended 200 mg of caffeine per day
