226ERS Sub9 Salts Pro Electrolytes Capsules (100 Units)
Each capsule provides exactly 250 mg of sodium, 54 mg of potassium, 2.5 mg of calcium, 19.7 mg of magnesium. They also contain vitamin D that helps with absorbing and using of calcium and vitamin B6, which is essential for the correct functioning of enzymes and metabolism of proteins.
How to use:
- Take 1 or 2 capsules per hour with at least one glass of water (150 ml) up to a total of 5 capsules, and do not exceed 200 mg of caffeine recommended per day.
