The 2XU Propel 2 wetsuit is designed with premium Japanese Yamamoto 39 Cell neoprene, which is flexible and varies in thickness throughout the suit, lowering the centre of buoyancy, preventing the legs from sinking and allowing for a perfect horizontal swimming position. Hydrodynamic Super Composite Skin (SCS) coating reduces surface drag for increased speed. The concave water catchment area on the sleeve improves power and water feel while the floating zipper panel increases movement for improved distance per stroke. Rollbar technology ensures less buoyancy around the perimeter of the suit, allowing for faster lateral rotation and eliminating dead spots in freestyle. The neck panel eliminates seams to improve comfort and reduce chafing, while the inner lining is designed with high stretch to ensure comfort and low absorption.
