It combines four parts of carbohydrates and one of whey protein. It also provides a high load of electrolytes and antioxidants in order to minimize the appearance of cramps and facilitate rehydration.
This drink thanks to the protein is able to delay the feeling of fatigue up to 29% more than just carbohydrates. Thanks to the good proportion of 4: 1, gastric emptying is slowed down. This produces less muscle damage and a better recovery that offers the most resistant muscle, with a lower risk of injuries and faster toning in training.
The 4: 1 isolated protein is of the highest quality. The organization of Food and Agriculture has an internationally recognized method to compare the quality of various proteins. An ideal protein will have a PDCAAS score of 1.0. The protein used is 1.14. It is also high in leucine, an amino acid that triggers muscle growth and repair. It does not contain lactose.
