The capsules Amix Glutamine + BCAA is a product based on Branched Amino Acids (BCAA's) with its optimal ratio 2: 1: 1, together with the same amount of micronized L-Glutamine. BCAAs are the building blocks of proteins, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Composed by Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, are essential amino acids, our body can not manufacture them by itself and must include them through food or supplementation. They act as an energy substrate during muscle contraction, reduce fatigue and promote recovery. On the other hand, L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body, comprising more than 60% of the reserve of amino acids in skeletal muscle. It is considered a "conditional" amino acid because of its great importance, since the body increases its quantity in situations of prolonged stress, high intensity training or injury recovery. It favors cellular hydration, producing water retention inside the cell, enhancing anabolic processes, increasing strength and increasing muscle volume.
