At ARVA, they believe that performance should not take priority over the environment. That's why they decided to develop the first avalanche airbag backpack on the market made primarily from recycled fabrics. They revamped the usual design process to reduce the number of components and complexity when assembling each piece to limit fabric scraps and waste during production. Continuing on the path of sustainability, the Reactor airbag system is designed, manufactured and assembled in Arva's home country of France. All its subcontractors are located within a radius of 80 km from its headquarters.

The two 75L airbags mean a redundant safety system in the event of an accident.
