ASICS GlideRide shoes are designed with GlideRide technology in the sole, which provides optimized cushioning that reduces muscle load at every stride. This is achieved through the combination of Flytefoam and Gel cushioning technologies. The sole has a dynamic curve, while the toecap material is rigid, a combination that contributes to the perfecting of the running technique because it minimizes movement in the ankle joint. By reducing the level of ankle flexion, other muscle groups, such as the calf, do not require as much effort. When the ankle moves excessively at high speeds, a great deal of energy is wasted. The centre of gravity of these shoes is slightly shifted towards the heel, making it easier to swing the foot forward. The sway that the runner feels with this shoe propels the foot forward and, consequently, increases the athletic performance and decreases the forward movement of the ankle. This will allow you to run farther with less effort. These features provide the runner with a unique experience, totally different from anything he has ever experienced.

They're quite a bit better than I expected.

At first it is a bit difficult to get used to but after a few days it's ok I ordered one size bigger as recommended online and at the beginning they were a bit tight but now they are good

Product availability: The majority of our products are in stock in our warehouses, this is stated on the same page as "Product in stock. Delivery within 48 hours". In products with size options, this information will appear when you select the size you want. If we do not have the product in our warehouse, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. We will keep you updated on this information and work to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. When the product is not available we will give you the option to sign up to an alert to let you know when it is back in stock.

Payment method: You can pay by card, paypal or bank transfer. If you choose the last option, you will receive an email with our bank details for you to make the payment.
