Assos Bonka Evo Bib Tights Blue Black

The Assos Bonka Evo bib tights are a more evolved product made with materials that are proven to be effective against the coldest winter climates, there is also a Cento Evo seat pad which provides unbeatable levels of insulation, protection and long-term comfort. Thanks to the double layer, these are long tights with straps that offer better protection. Designed for the worst winter weather conditions which keep almost all cyclists at home, Bonka bib tights are designed to stand out. They use the same brushed RX Heavy material at the back as is used in winter long bib tights, as it offers unbeatable insulation. However, we have added a double layer of our exclusive Stratagon Ultra material in the knees, hips and thighs for better protection. This means the lower body stays protected from sleet, splashes, sharp wind and low temperatures.

Like winter bib tights, the Bonka bib tights are made with RX Light material that covers the backs of the legs for improved breathability in this area and a high level of flexibility. The
design of the Bonka bib tights is part of the racingFit category, they offer light compression thanks to their double layer. The fabric panels are strategically places to flex with every pedal as they come pre-shaped and sewn to cover and protect the whole top leg area, knees and lower legs while the body is moving. They also have our Mille EVO seat pad made with an 10 mm thick viscoelastic foam to offer durable comfort in on every ride.

Features:
- RX Heavy material: a warp knitted fabric that has been developed to offer exceptional comfort, as well as to absorb moisture, gain an extra level of insulation and offer great flexibility
at the same time. It has a density of 290 g/m2, odorControl technology and has environmentally-friendly waterproofing treatment.
- Stratagon Ultra material: a patented double layer wind protecting material with highly breathable softshell material, which is made with a polyurethane membrane that helps repel water, generating improved insulation and a lower volume. Weight: 150 g/m2; breathability: Water vapour permeability 19,000 g/m2 in 24 hours; water column: > 10,000 mm; elasticity: 4-way stretch. Used as an extra layer in the knees, hips and thighs. - blasenSchutz material: a material for around the abdomen and inseam made with our highly breathable, wind-resistant and water-repellent Stratagon Ultra material to offer comfort and increase body warmth.
- RX Light material: a light, warp knitted fabric with asymmetric stretch that has been designed to offer lightweight insulation and increase comfort in high flex areas. It has a density of 205 g/m2, odorControl technology and has environmentally-friendly waterproofing treatment.
- Water-repellent treatment (DWR): a material treated with DWR for extra security in all weather conditions.

- CENTO S7 EVO seat pad: a new elasticated seat pad from the CENTO collection with an improved design and black colour. It also has a 10 mm viscoelastic foam for simultaneous comfort and performance. 
- 3D cushioning system: a patented, three-layer perforated foam increases breathability and reduces excess weight
- GoldenGate technology: patented technology that does away with stitching along both sides of the panels of the pad to offer maximum three-dimensional freedom of movement in the most sensitive of rotational areas
- KukuPenthouse: a soft layer of brushed microfibre material added onto the front of the seat pad to fit the male body shape, remove constriction and increase ventilation. 
- Y7 straps with bibTech technology: wide and flexible straps that converge at the top of the back in a Y shape. The design is made to keep the shoulder blades uncovered and stop the bib from folding, for greater stability
- Stabilizator V3 material: a solid material in the back for stability and an elastic composition with vertical limitation. It also includes Bonka graphics and the climaCode for overlayering.
- RacingFit: a closer fit that is slightly tighter than other options like the regularFit or comfortFit. Although it could feel tight when not riding, it actually acts as a second skin when you're riding, which means it provides a higher level of comfort and less friction.

Advice for use:
- Don't pull seams when you put on or take off Assos clothes
- Before getting onto your bike, put clothing on properly, especially bands and other pressure points, without forcing seams or joins.
- The Assos bib tights are designed for bike riding That means that the straps can be pulled too much when we stand up, when you get on the bike, the pressure should disappear, if not, then you need a different size
- Don't pull the bib tights too much when you use the toilet (for men). For this, it's better to pull the garment from the stomach area and straps, always leaning forward to reduce tension on the seams
- Avoid cycling near branches and bushes, as this is likely to break the clothing

Washing advice:
Every time you wash Assos garments, try to do this separately from other garments, this way you can avoid friction and preserve the properties of the Assos clothing
- Always separate lights and darks
- Before each wash, turn clothing inside out
- Assos clothing can be machine-washed, but always use a protective bag or delicate wash programme (maximum 30 degrees)
- Don't use fabric conditioner or aggressive products Always use neutral liquid soaps (Assos Active Wear Cleaner, for example)
- Don't stretch or squeeze Assos garments to extract excess water
- Don't use any kind of dryer on Assos clothes Leave your clothes to air dry, in a place that's sheltered from the sun

Storage:
- After every use, store the Assos garment in a well-ventilated place, although it would be ideal to wash it straight after your bike ride
- Don't dry or keep your item in direct sunlight
- Never leave garments in damp, closed places (avoid plastic bags, sports bags etc.)
- If you usually sweat a lot, you should rinse the garment in cold water after each bike ride This will protect the material from bacteria that could damage it
