Assos Equipe RS Aero Short Sleeve Jersey Matt Black

The Assos Equipe RS Aero short sleeve maillot features a micro-adjusted design and detailed finishes that have led to a new definition of Assos aerodynamics, known as aeroFit. For this, it features a miniCheck Tex circular knitting material, as it is a 3D knit fabric that offers great elasticity and has been specifically designed to offer great breathability and moisture absorption. In the back, it uses the Stabilizer fabric, as it is designed to ensure the position of the jersey thanks to its elastic composition and vertical limitation. The choice of material for new sleeves adjusted without hems, yoke and pockets is determined by the aggressive position adopted by cyclists in full route, as it should be as flexible and smooth as possible. The warp knitted fabric with push-pull effect offers high solar protection (SPF 50+), fast drying and bi-stretch elasticity. Beyond the precise design of aeroFit, it has additional specific details that also contribute to greater speed and comfort. It features a zip fastened with locking system on the front, a waist adjustment and a combination of sleeves adjusted without hems to ensure comfort and support. On the back, add a triple back pocket to keep your heavier items, plus a lighter elastic hem to eliminate additional weight on the garment.



Features:
- aeroFit: our simplest cut, designed for use in full route, with a greater fit and greater compression than racingFit. Although it can be adjusted when you're not cycling, it really acts like a second skin on the road.
- miniCheck Tex: a super light open knitted fabric in 3D that offers exceptional breathability, fast drying, maximum lightness, sun protection (SPF 25) despite its light weight and odour control technology for greater durability and hygiene.
- Push Pull: the pockets and sleeves are made with our push-pull warp knitted fabric that offers high solar protection (SPF 50+). It also offers high breathability, comfort and quick drying thanks to the fine knit material with bi-stretch elasticity.
- Stabilizer fabric: a featherweight material, but it offers a great resistance, conceived for the cooling panel located in the back of the maillot. This fabric favours the stability and the adaptation of the item, in addition to offering solar protection SPF 30, despite its reduced weight and volume.
- Triple back pocket: this is our system of three pockets made with fabric flap that are located in an optimal place for easy access without compromising the safety and stability of objects. It has a hole for the headphones in the right pocket and reflective microperforated fabrics for greater visibility.
- Adjustable zipper: it is an ultra-lightweight integral zipper with a locking system that helps regulate body temperature. As for the neck strap, it has been developed by a microinjection technique that stabilizes the fabric to allow the zipper to be used with just one hand.
- Fitted sleeves without hems: the front of the sleeves is covered with a soft fabric and the back is tight to achieve the best balance between comfort and stability. - Adjustment at the waist: a design with tight edges to obtain a better aerodynamics and finish.
- Lightweight back hem: it is a wide and elastic safety hem that prevents friction when cycling. Its much lighter and more breathable than the previous generation.

The cut of Assos clothes have been designed from the position on the bicycle. Some Assos clothes have been specially designed for users of athletic build. The Assos cuts are anatomical, depending on the system A.E.P.D (Advanced Design of Ergonomic Model), therefore Assos has designed their clothes thinking about the protection and adaptation to the cyclist but without exceeding the pressure points for the cyclist. The best way to feel the anatomical precision of Assos is to dress with your clothes and position yourself on the bike; youll feel how the clothes adapt perfectly to the cyclist posture. Obviously, Assos does not make nice outfits to wear off the bike, this is a normal feeling among the customers.
The purchase of a wrong size (too large or too small) will lead to customer comfort problems. An item that is too large could cause irritations and discomfort caused by folds or surpluses of the fabric, since in this case the ALS system of the Assos size would not work perfectly. In case the item is too small, it would excessively stretch the points of union and seams, which would result in an increase in pressure and discomfort.

Usage tips:
- Never pull on seams when putting on or taking off Assos clothes
- Before getting on the bicycle, place the clothes correctly, especially the chamois and other pressure points, without forcing the seams or joints
- The Assos bibshorts have been designed to ride a bicycle. That is why the suspenders can pull excessively if we are standing, on the bicycle the excessive pressure disappears, if not, check your sizing - Avoid excessively stretching the bib during urination (for men).
- It is better to perform this action by stretching the product from the belly part and the straps, always leaning forward to reduce the tension in the seams
- Avoid riding near branches and bushes, that will undoubtedly spoil your clothes

Washing advice:
- Each time you wash Assos products try to do it separately from the rest of the laundry, this way you will avoid friction with other fabrics and preserve the properties of Assos clothes
- Always separate dark clothes from white
- Before each wash, turn the clothes inside out
- Assos clothes can be washed in the washing machine, but always use the protective bag and a washing program for delicate clothes (maximum 30C)
- Do not use fabric softeners or aggressive products. Always use liquid and neutral soaps (example, Assos Active Wear Cleaner)
- Do not stretch or squeeze Assos clothes even to extract excess water
- Never use a dryer with Assos clothes. Let your clothes dry in the air, in a place not exposed to the sun

Storage:
- After each trip, store the Assos products in a well-ventilated place, although it would be ideal to wash them immediately after your ride
- Do not dry or store clothes in the sun
- Never store your clothes in a humid and closed place (avoid plastic bags, sports bags, etc.)
- If you tend to sweat a lot, it is recommended that you rinse the item in cold water after each trip. This will protect the fibers from bacteria that could damage the fabric.
