In order to maximise the effort, we recommend using the cream for the Assos pad. This product reduces friction on skin in contact with the seat pad and saddle, prevents inflammation and protects sensitive skin. Can be applied directly to the skin before riding, and a thin layer will be enough. It's also good to apply a layer to the seat pad after every wash, as this will help keep the elasticity, pleasant feel and anti-bacterial properties of the band.

The Assos garment cut is designed to stay in place while you're on your bike. Some Assos garments have been specifically designed for those with an athletic shape. The Assos fits are anatomical, as per the AEPD system (Advanced Ergonomic Pattern Design), so Assos has designed its clothing thinking about protection and adaptation to a cyclist without exceeding pressure points. - Never pull seams when putting on or taking off Assos garments.
- Before getting on the bike, put on your clothes correctly, especially the pad and other pressure points, without forcing the seams or joining points
- Assos shorts have been designed to go by bicycle.

- Avoid overstretching the shorts when urinating (for men).

Washing Tip:
- Every time you wash Assos garments try to do it separately from the rest of the laundry, thus avoiding friction with other fabrics and preserving the properties of Assos clothing
- Always separate dark clothes from white
- Before each wash, turn the clothes so that the inside is outside
- Assos garments can be washed in the washing machine, but always use the protective bag and a washing program for delicate clothes (maximum 30C)
- Do not use fabric softeners or aggressive products.
Always use liquid and neutral soaps (for example, the Assos Active Wear Cleaner)
- Do not stretch or squeeze Assos garments even to remove excess water
- Never use a dryer with Assos garments.

Storage:
- After each exit store the Assos garments in a well ventilated place, although the ideal thing would be to wash them immediately after cycling
- Do not dry or store clothes in full sun
