Assos Mille GT Winter Set Black Blue

The Assos Mille GT Winter jacket employs all engineering and craftsmanship when it comes to the use of fabrics. The chest panels feature innovative Neos Medium fabric. This thermal Softshell has three layers, made to face winter conditions, whether that's wind, rain, ice or storms. To ensure that you don't get hot, it has been used in strategic areas such as the shoulders, the outside of the sleeves and the dorsal area, a lighter fabric, which also has the advantage of weighing less. To make the jacket ergonomically fit and more breathable, it has been used in its competition-tested RX fabric, on the upper sleeves and on the back. Without missing the traditional canons of Assos, this garment has a predominantly black design, a wise choice to face the muddy winter routes.

Of course, reflector details have been incorporated to ensure maximum visibility even in low light conditions. Also wear the Millegriffe underarm design, in line with the style of the Mille GT collection, to stand out from the pack and so you don't forget that Assos accompanies you every kilometre of your winter routes. Wear this jacket in the early winter months with a skinFoil winter undershirt on the coldest days or when you slow down. If you're going to go faster, then choose a spring/autumn undershirt. The Assos Mille GT bibshort is based on flexibility, protection, support and body warmth. Made with RX Heavy brushed fabric, i.e. a Roubaix fabric that offers great insulation and has undergone an environmentally friendly water-repellent treatment for greater protection against weak rainfall. This fabric ensures that the pelvis and legs are always protected against gusts of wind and cold air. However, the RX Light fabric on the back has been used to provide greater breathability, as this is a highly flexible area. The design used for the bibshorts has been the regularFit cut, so they are moderately adjusted in the areas that require it, although not as much as other racingFit cut garments. The fabric panels are strategically placed to flex with each pedal as they come pre-set and sewn to fully cover and protect the upper legs, knees and calves while the body is in motion.

It also features a proven Mille EVO chamois made with an 8 mm thick viscoelastic foam for long-lasting comfort on any route in cold temperatures.

- RX Light Fabric: this is a light warp knit fabric with asymmetrical elasticity that has been developed to provide light insulation and increased comfort in the most flexed body areas. It has a density of 205 g/m2, odorControl technology and an environmentally friendly water-repellent treatment
- Chamois Mille S7 EVO: this is the new elastic chamois from the Mille collection, with a black design and 8 mm thick viscoelastic foam for simultaneous comfort and performance. 3D cushioning system: a patented three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and reduces excess weight
- Y7 straps with bibTech technology: wide, flexible straps that converge on the Y-shaped upper back. Designed to keep the shoulder blades uncovered and prevent the bibshort from bending, thus offering greater stability. Stabilizator V3 fabric: this is a solid fabric located in the dorsal part that provides stability and has an elastic composition of vertical limitation. It also includes the graphics of the Mille GT collection and the climaCode code for overlapping layers
- Reflective bands: these are located on the back of the calves for better visibility
- RegularFit: this is a less tight design compared to racingFit design that acts like a second skin and has been optimized to provide total comfort in the pedalling position
- GoldenGate Technology: this is a patented technology that represses the seams on both sides of the chamois panels to provide a three-dimensional freedom of movement in this sensitive area and rotation

Tips for use:
- Never pull on seams when putting on or taking off Assos clothes
- Before getting on the bicycle, place the clothes correctly, especially the chamois and other pressure points, without forcing the seams or joints
- The Assos bibshorts have been designed to ride a bicycle. That is why the suspenders can pull excessively if we are standing, on the bicycle the excessive pressure disappears, if not, check your sizing - Avoid excessively stretching the bib during urination (for men).
It is better to perform this action by stretching the product from the belly part and the straps, always leaning forward to reduce the tension in the seams
- Avoid riding near branches and bushes, that will undoubtedly spoil your clothes

Washing advice:
- Each time you wash Assos products try to do it separately from the rest of the laundry, this way you will avoid friction with other fabrics and preserve the properties of Assos clothes
- Always separate dark clothes from white
- Before each wash, turn the clothes inside out
- Assos clothes can be washed in the washing machine, but always use the protective bag and a washing program for delicate clothes (maximum 30C)
- Do not use fabric softeners or aggressive products. Always use liquid and neutral soaps (example, Assos Active Wear Cleaner)
- Do not stretch or squeeze Assos clothes even to extract excess water
- Never use a dryer with Assos clothes. Let your clothes dry in the air, in a place not exposed to the sun

Storage:
- After each trip, store the Assos products in a well-ventilated place, although it would be ideal to wash them immediately after your ride
- Do not dry or store clothes in the sun
- Never store your clothes in a humid and closed place (avoid plastic bags, sports bags, etc.)
- If you tend to sweat a lot, it is recommended that you rinse the item in cold water after each trip. This will protect the fibers from bacteria that could damage the fabric.
