The Assos garments have been designed from the position on the bicycle. Some Assos garments have been specifically designed for those with an athletic shape. The Assos fits are anatomical, as per the AEPD system (Advanced Ergonomic Pattern Design), so Assos has designed its clothing thinking about protection and adaptation to a cyclist without exceeding pressure points. The best way to feel the anatomical precision of Assos is to put on their clothes and get into position on a bike; you will feel like the clothes are perfectly suited to the riding position. Obviously, Assos doesn't made nice outfits to wear off-bike, this is a common opinion among customers.
Buying the wrong size (too big or too small) will cause problems in the customer's comfort. An item that is too big can cause irritations and discomfort from folds or surplus fabric, as this would stop the Assos ALS sizing system from working properly. With an item that is too small, we put excessive strain on the joins and seams, which increases pressure and discomfort.
Tips for use:
- Never pull seams when putting on or taking off Assos garments.
- Before getting on the bike, put on your clothes correctly, especially the pad and other pressure points, without forcing the seams or joining points
- Assos shorts have been designed to go by bicycle.
- That is why the straps can pull excessively if we are standing, on the bicycle the excessive pressure disappears, if not, check its size
- Avoid overstretching the shorts when urinating (for men).
- It is better that you perform this action by stretching the garment from the belly and the straps, always leaning forward to reduce the tension in the seams
- Avoid rolling near branches and bushes, that will undoubtedly spoil your clothes
Washing Tip:
- Every time you wash Assos garments try to do it separately from the rest of the laundry, thus avoiding friction with other fabrics and preserving the properties of Assos clothing
- Always separate dark clothes from white
- Before each wash, turn the clothes so that the inside is outside
- Assos garments can be washed in the washing machine, but always use the protective bag and a washing program for delicate clothes (maximum 30C)
- Do not use fabric softeners or aggressive products.
- Always use liquid and neutral soaps (for example, the Assos Active Wear Cleaner)
- Do not stretch or squeeze Assos garments even to remove excess water
- Never use a dryer with Assos garments.
Let your clothes air dry, in a place not exposed to the sun
Storage:
- After each exit store the Assos garments in a well ventilated place, although the ideal thing would be to wash them immediately after cycling
- Do not dry or store clothes in full sun
- Never store clothes in a humid and closed place (avoid plastic bags, sports bags, etc.)
- If you usually sweat a lot, it is recommended that you rinse the garment in cold water after each departure. This will protect the material from bacteria that could damage it

Delivery costs: The majority of our orders come with free delivery. Purchases over 49 euros in Spain have free delivery excluding products such as dumbbells, weights, MTB, BMX, urban, road and electric bikes. We don't deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

For safety and/or hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of electronic products that have been switched on and/or activated, food and nutrition products, reusable masks and climbing equipment.
