It contains energising ingredients such as Medium Chain Triglycerides (known as MCT). MCTs are fast metabolising fats that are easily absorbed and provide an immediate calorie intake. These types of fats are not absorbed in adipose tissue and are very beneficial for endurance athletes, who are characterised by the physical wear and tear that comes with the intensity of their training and / or competitions.
The energy intake has been completed with a combination of Magnesium (170 mg per bar) and Potassium (230 mg per bar) specially indicated to prevent the appearance of cramps in sports such as triathlon, where sweating and muscle wasting cause loss of energy. These minerals are so necessary for physical performance. Finally highlight the protein content, so necessary to preserve muscle mass and avoid catabolism during physical exercise.

Delivery costs: The majority of our orders come with free delivery. Purchases over 49 euros in Spain have free delivery excluding products such as dumbbells, weights, MTB, BMX, urban, road and electric bikes. We don't deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
