The Etixx Natural Oat Bar is suitable for both before and during exercise. Before exercise, it can be used to complete and maximize carbohydrate reserves. This should be combined with your carbohydrate-rich diet before a competition or strong training to ensure the loading of your energy sources. During prolonged resistance or high intensity exercise it is also important to take carbohydrates to replenish the fuel reserves that you spend. If carbohydrates are not consumed during prolonged or intense efforts, your reserves of muscle glycogen will be depleted after approx. 90 min.
