How to use: - 1 shake replaces a meal. Meal replacements for weight control should be eaten with other foods on a low- energy diet. Shaker preparation: Pour 200 mL of skimmed milk into a shaker and add the contents of the sachet. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously until completely dissolved. Preparation in a glass: a) Add the contents of the sachet to a large glass. b) Add about 50 mL of skimmed milk and mix until completely dissolved. c) Add the rest of the milk, up to a total of 200 mL of milk, and mix. It is recommended to take it with a glass of water.
