Kevlar yarns are used in the high abrasion areas of the palms of Black Diamond gloves to resist melting and tearing under repeated friction and abrasion.

The Pertex Shield materials provide lightweight waterproof protection without sacrificing breathability. Designed for intense mountain activities where weight and breathability are key, Pertex Shield allows the wearer to move quickly and comfortably. The different layered construction combines lightweight materials with waterproof, windproof and breathable membranes. A durable waterproof finish applied to the face fabric sheds rain and snow, which helps maintain breathability.

Environmentally friendly, extremely durable and with unmatched performance, GTT Empel Breathable Water Protection uses a patented process to permanently hyperfuse the water protection finish directly into the individual fibers of the fabric, offering unmatched superhydrophobic properties while maintaining optimum breathability. - GTT uses the Bundesmann water repellency test (ISO 9865) instead of the commonly used AATCC 22 spray test. The Bundesmann test is 500 times more severe than the spray test and better simulates real world conditions.

Delivery costs: The majority of our orders come with free delivery. Purchases over 49 euros in Spain have free delivery excluding products such as dumbbells, weights, MTB, BMX, urban, road and electric bikes. We don't deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

For safety and/or hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of electronic products that have been switched on and/or activated, food and nutrition products, reusable masks and climbing equipment.
