Definitely recommend. The grip has a little slippery bit at the front probably due to being sprayed with sealant for waterproofing and shine, but are great for walking. I've been going for a daily walk in the woods due to covid19 lockdown, its wet and muddy and these boots serve me well.

Great grip helps you keep up the pace on steep or stony trails and rocky creek crossing. Moderate cushioning gives you a good feel for the trail but may not suit ultras

Excellent pair of shoes that I would definitely recommend for anyone. These were not available in the right size anywhere else and are definitely worth the price. As a bit of advice, I am normally a UK size 9 and UK size 9.5 in adidas! I bought a pair of EU 45 and they fit perfect. They're is a big range of adjustability in these shoes which caters for a few sizes either way if you get the sizing slightly wrong.

I wasn't sure whether spending this much on a pair of boots was going to be worth it over using my usual spd shoes with neoprene overshoes - well I can confirm after tonight's first wet outing - YES they are definitely worth it and I am delighted ! In fact delighted enough to be back to buy my better half a pair so She can enjoy a blast on the trails without having freezing cold soggy feet ! Brilliant Bots go for it !
