The Born Spring Power Creatine 300g increases muscle power (ATP). Improves the increase in size and muscle energy. Creatine improves your performance in short, explosive, high intensity exercises and interval training. Improve your recovery between two training sessions. Your body produces 1 g of creatine per day, and through your intake we get another gram per day. By taking more creatine, you improve the creatine stock in your muscle cells. This additional creatine is converted to creatine phosphate, which is directly available to your muscles. Creatine supplementation can increase the amount of creatine phosphate by 20%. The normal stock of creatine phosphate in your muscles normally only provides you energy for 6-8 seconds. Creatine supplementation can help improve intensive short-term performance.
