After hours of use, I can say it barely bounces. It fits even better than the Salomon belt. Certainly, it has less space and when used with walking sticks, the sticks bounce. For a cell phone, it's ideal (if it is not very large).

I wanted a belt where the walking poles don't move at all and this belt is fantastic for its price
