Buzz Rack products are made primarily of steel. Steel comes in the form of tubes, sections, laminated or flat sheets. It is then given a different shape using presses and bending machines. The final stage before assembly, the most important to protect the product and give it a longer life, is the coating process. This is done using powder coating. The start of this process is to cover the entire outer surface of the part with a hard plastic skin.
