Crown Sport Nutrition Energy Gum + caffeine gummies have a premium composition that provides all the necessary ingredients to improve performance in your training and competitions. It is a 30g gummy bar with a great chewing texture that is easy to chew and will not be difficult to swallow, thus avoiding gastrointestinal problems.
It contains two sources of carbohydrates, Dextrose (in the form of glucose syrup) and Sucrose, which however provide us with 3 types of carbohydrates, as Sucrose is a source of Glucose and Fructose. These are necessary because carbohydrate intake during sport has been shown to improve performance. In addition, recent research has shown that a high carbohydrate intake during sport, especially over a long duration (>2.5 h), improves neuromuscular function and also improves post-training recovery both in terms of muscle damage and energy because it shortens glycogen resynthesis times.
