Broke on the first day!!!

For approximately 2hours of on and off use it was great. After recharging and a further 30 minutes I hit a bump on the pathway that was 1 inch high and it stopped, all the electrics work but there is no movement. I'm very disappointed as it actually was ideal before this has happened. It's clearly not as robust as advertised!! Best off paying a little extra to get a better brand. Very unhappy. I want my money back.

Absolutely awesome bit of kit

This is an outstanding bit of kit. Beautifully engineered and really well made. So much fun to scoot about on. I bought it for my wife to help out with her commute into the office and she absolutely loves it. It genuinely looks brilliant and rides beautifully. Santa also delivered one for our son (who is a very tall 9) and he loves it - however, for younger riders I would definitely recommend leaving the scooter in eco mode as the full mode delivers some pretty startling acceleration if the rider is light.
