The GU energetic gel flavor candy salted is ideal for your daily training and competition because they contain many energy-rich calories for when you have to face long-term activities. Each unit includes 100 calories. Carbohydrates (maltodextrin and fructose) decrease digestive problems and provide energy by saving glycogen, branched-chain amino acids (leucine, valine, isoleucine) help reduce mental fatigue and decrease muscle damage and electrolytes maintain balance water for optimal hydration. Caffeine improves performance by increasing attention and concentration and decreasing perceived exertion during exercise.

Ingredients: maltodextrin, water, fructose, leucine, sea salt, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, citric acid, calcium carbonate, Valine, natural flavor, green tea leaf extract (contains caffeine), Gellan gum, isoleucine, oil of sunflower, sodium benzoate (preservative), potassium sorbate (preservative).

Recommended mode of use: consume a packet 5 minutes before training and a packet every 45 minutes during the activity.
