Etixx Carbo Gy is a hypertonic drink and its main purpose is to provide energy. It contains high doses of fast and slow carbohydrates, which means they work at different absorption speeds to give you a more sustained energy supply. Using this as part of a carbohydrate loading strategy will allow you to maximize muscle glycogen stores.

This drink can be used before training to maximize fuel tanks or during training to keep fuel tanks full.
