Etixx Recovery Sport Bar contains carbohydrates that can be quickly absorbed for optimal replenishment. Not only that, it is also very important that athletes consume protein after intense sessions. This contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass. Etixx Recovery Sport Bar contains whey protein that is one of the most complete proteins on the market and contains all the essential amino acids needed for recovery. The combined intake of carbohydrates and proteins in our recovery has been shown to improve muscle glycogen replacement. Etixx Recovery Sport Bar provides approx. 17 g of carbohydrates and approx. 13 g of protein (depending on taste) which makes it an example of an ideal recovery food.
