The Eurosport Nutrition 45 g Energy Bar guarantees a proportion of 2:1 of glucose to fructose. Glucose (also called dextrose or grape sugar) is the most important source of fuel for the body. The ratio has to be just right. With normal nutrition, you can convert a maximum of around 60 grams of sugar to energy per hour. With a 2:1-ratio between glucose and fructose, the conversion rate can increase to 90 grams.
Health is the main focus of Eurosport nutrition. That is why the energy bar is made of naturally based ingredients. Also, it is made from fresh ingredients such as fresh fruits. To offer the most nutritional bar possible, Eurosport nutrition presses its bars at temperatures of up to 45 degrees centigrade. This helps to conserve all the natural vitamins and minerals.
The energy bar has a crunchy bit and a balanced flavour, neither too subtle nor too strong. It's easy to consume thanks to the made-to-measure pressing process that lightly warms the mix of ingredients. The bar melts in your mouth, so you can swallow it easily.
