Exustar

Exustar designs and manufactures a wide range of cycling shoes and pedals , as well as various accessories. Whether for cicilismo road, mountain, BMX or city, Exustar products are technically sophisticated, tough, durable and advanced design. Exustar was founded in 1993 as Exus, a project of the pedal manufacturer VP Components. Initially, Exus concentrated on the design and manufacture of high-end pedals, but the Exus engineers were convinced that they could offer a fully integrated pedaling system, so in 1995, Exustar started producing cycling shoes , as well as automatic pedals In 2002, Exus separated from VP Components in order to develop its full potential. All key personnel were prepared when the company was re-launched and renamed Exustar. Since then, the development of products in Exustar has been exponential since the company has developed and introduced other products for bicycles. In recent years, Exustar has achieved different challenges: in 2004 it started producing carbon fiber products, in 2007 it obtained top honors in the Innobike design competition in the category of cycling pedals , and in 2008 the launch of Exustar Pro, a high-end line designed to exhibit and promote the best Exustar cycling products. Based in the city of Taichung, Taiwan, the company also has offices in the Netherlands and China.
