The Factor O2 V.A.M. road bike Disc has been built by Factor personnel. The frame and fork are made of carbon, which makes them lightweight. Thanks to the Sram Force eTap AXS 2x12 speed transmission and the Black Inc 30C disc brake wheels, the bike provides excellent performance during sport. The geometry is designed to suit both male and female morphology. It combines a sophisticated structure in the tubes that adds efficiency, as well as a plus of aerodynamics thanks to the profiles that adapt.

The Factor O2 V.A.M. road bike Disc is a super lightweight climbing bike that refuses to give in to any opponent. There have been very lightweight bikes before, but they have invariably come with trade-offs, either in ride quality or the performance of lightweight components. The O2 V.A.M model is designed with technology never before seen in cycling, such as Textreme Nippon Graphite Pitch Fiber to maintain the exceptional precision and power transfer that is characteristic of all Factor Bikes. Thanks to its geometry, this bike will also offer a fantastic experience in almost any road riding scenario. Featuring an integrated cable system, O2 VAM now has completely internal cabling. Factor's engineering team has created an innovative ultra-light internal cable routing system that keeps the frame's low-profile steering tube, stiffness targets and tire slack, and even reduces the weight of the entire system. The complete integration system uses a D-shaped steering tube, which is reinforced for impact resistance and acts as a guide for the brake hoses. A custom headphone compression socket has been specifically designed to work like a standard socket, which means it can be easily trimmed, maintained and adjusted.

Low weight does not have to be at the expense of driving dynamics and quality. Despite its status as Factor's lightest production bike, the O2 V.A.M remains rigid and responsive under power, breaking the glass ceiling that has been imposed for too long on ultra-lightweight performance frames. With this model, they have achieved a frame that includes all the mounting parts with a weight of 677g without painting (size 54, disc). It uses a standard size (1-1/3) upper steering bearing system to maintain the aesthetic beauty of the frame and retain the aerodynamic benefits over using a wider bearing. Unlike many manufacturers, the bearing width and steering tube are not increased to facilitate an internal system. The end result is a beautifully integrated O2 V.A.M. that retains its elegant silhouette and improves aerodynamics by concealing cables.

Ultra-high pressure moulds allow excess resin to be removed from its base material, making the carbon stronger, lighter and more efficient. And it allows for weight reduction while adding stability and strength. The resulting structural integrity is matched by a meticulously designed BB joint, which provides instantaneous energy transfer. The new Black Inc TWENTY wheel set has been designed as the perfect complement to the O2 V.A.M. Made from an ultra high-strength carbon fibre blend with reinforced rim walls, the clincher version weighs only 1,240 g. The TWENTY offers a complete synergy with the O2 V.A.M as an ultra-lightweight product that does not compromise on driving quality and dynamics. The O2 V.A.M.'s geometry is ready to descend as aggressively as you are, but it also provides the comfort, stability and predictability to navigate your own multi-day mountain adventures. With a constant stroke over the entire size range and a progressive battery and range, the adjustment of the O2 series is simple and without surprises, regardless of the size.

The seat straps are wide to help with the lateral stiffness in the rear triangle while keeping the seat slim for flexibility and comfort. The bottom bracket has a meticulously designed BB joint that provides instant energy transfer and serves as the beating heart of the O2 V.A.M. The slender fork has endless hours of design refinement. The ultra-lightweight seatpost clamp with a large clamping area offers high seatpost strength and compatibility with thinner and lighter seatposts. The direct mount rear derailleur pin that is easy to install and improves derailleur performance in certain systems.
