Dyneema Composit is a patented, ultra-lightweight fabric made of flexible non-woven composite laminates reinforced with Dyneema fibers. The DCF variant selected by Ferrino is a 2-layer laminated material using 1.43 oz/yd 2 DCF and a 50D polyester plain weave: high tear and tensile strength and an unmatched strength-to-weight ratio.
