The training intensity can be fine-tuned between 25 and 200 watts (according to EN 957) and the machine also features heart rate controlled training options. Heart rate is measured via the pulse sensors on the hands or via the integrated Polar compatible pulse receiver on the optional chest straps. The 10 training programmes provide variety and motivation during your training.
All training data is clearly displayed on the large 24x10 dot matrix LED display. An integrated generator runs the training computer, the fan and the electromagnetic brakes. This means you can place the machine independently of any power socket and help save natural resources while you train. The comfortable saddle has 14 adjustments to suit users of all heights. The seated ergometer supports a semi-recumbent training position, which reduces pressure on the spine and joints for exceptionally comfortable training.
