The asymmetry of the rim has been studied to improve the tension by balancing the forces coming from the brakes and the pinion cassette.
- HUB AND RADIOS
The carbon hub and the aluminum flange are distinctive signs of a project that emphasizes the excellence of materials and performance. The new bushing system allows to pass from one standard to another, through axle or XD, simply by changing the adapter. More immediate and accessible, to be able to experiment and look for the ideal configuration in each moment.
- TUBELESS READY
The tubeless has established itself as the preferred solution in high-end wheels, as it guarantees better handling and protection against punctures. Red Passion is ready for transformation: thanks to a special reinforced and profiled heel that adheres more easily to the tire, the transformation is simple and safe.
- BEARING SYSTEM CONE / CAP
Extremely simple registration of the bearings. Reduction of friction between ball and bearing, increase of slip, reduction of weight and maintenance of performance over time.
- ALUMINUM CABECILLAS
They make it possible to minimize the peripheral mass of the wheel, thereby increasing the reactivity.
- BODY OF THE WHEEL FREE OF ALUMINUM TREATED WITH PLASMA
The body of the free wheel is subjected to Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation treatment in the laboratory. Although the thicknesses of material have been reduced to the minimum, to improve its weight, durability and resistance are fully guaranteed.

The Axial Fixing System is the solution developed by Fulcrum to fix the disc brake on the hub. The bond established by the top surface of the fixation, superior to the standard, allows greater structural rigidity and a more precise and powerful braking. The International Standard option ensures full compatibility of Fulcrum wheels with the most widespread brake systems adopting this type of assembly.
