The Garmin Swim 2 can be used in the pool or in open water to monitor your heart rate at the wrist when you're underwater and to make sure you're on track with distance, pace, stroke count, stroke type and stroke distance. Wherever there is water, this watch will track the training session. Thanks to the integrated GPS, you can train in lakes, oceans and rivers while recording distance, pace, stroke count, stroke speed, stroke distance and SWOLF score to measure swimming performance. If you prefer to swim in the pool, take advantage of all the advanced pool features, including a new automatic rest feature that automatically tracks rest intervals and swimming intervals without the need to press any buttons.
