With an articulated and refined cut, the garment offers maximum freedom of movement. A Life Pocket has been added, designed to preserve your phone's battery life in cold environments, so you can stay connected to friends or work while skiing. Other ski essentials include a removable helmet compatible hood, a high visibility visor, a ski pass pocket, an elasticated powder skirt and wrist gaiters with thumb hole.

• PrimaLoft Black Insulation

Insulation originally developed to overcome the common shortcomings of standard continuous filament insulation: compactness and softness. This includes overall warmth values, wet performance, efficient compaction and soft feel. Long fibre insulation provides features that promise to eliminate cold spots. Efficiently retaining dry and humid body heat, without compromising breathability; this insulation provides comfort as well as protection from the elements.

• H2Flow

This technology was developed to provide sailors, skiers and mountaineers with a system that helps them keep warm while being versatile and comfortable in changing weather conditions and fluctuating activity levels. This technology is composed mainly of three components: Air pockets without material on the inside to provide extra space to fill with warm air from the body, strategically-placed ventilation zips to regulate temperature by exchanging warm air on the inside with cold air from outside, and finally an outer layer made with different materials, most of which are hybrid designs that are waterproof, windproof and anti-tear.

The bluesign certificate is more than just an ecolabel. Due to the holistic approach of this industry standard, not only the safety of the end consumer has been taken into account, but also other aspects, including occupational health, emissions to water and emissions to air. As well as these important aspects, the principle to conserve resources plays a greater role within the Bluesign certificate. The independent bluesign certificate guarantees that the entire production chain only uses components and processes that are harmless to people and the environment.

• RECCO

Technology developed in the late 1970s and improved over the years. It is an avalanche rescue system that allows victims to be located through a radar. It consists of two parts: the radar detectors that rescue teams carry and the passive reflectors that don’t send out signals and which are incorporated in some jackets, trousers, helmets and even boots. The reflector consists of a small electronic piece that weighs less than four grams with a thin copper antenna and a diode that echoes the signals sent out by detectors. It is covered by a protective rubber outer coating which gives it its well-known long capsule like shape. It is virtually indestructible. The reflector does not send out signals, meaning it does not require energy source.
