Twin Axis Gear adjustment system (TAG)
In the Bell helmets, the adjustment system by means of a GPS strap has been improved by introducing the new generation Twin Axis Gear (TAG) system. This system adjusts the head by means of two axes, in a circular way like other standard systems, but also horizontally to improve the regulation in the different positions above and below the occipital lobe. The Bell helmets offer greater comfort when the wings are molded together with a softer rubber and positioning everything higher for a better fit of the glasses. The result is a more adjustable, comfortable and easy to adjust fastening system.
Variable Position Viewer (VPV)
The Bell top range visor allows a horizontal adjustment of up to 15 degrees and the desired angle to protect us from the sun completely, using a balancing mechanism that firmly holds the visor at the desired angle. To change the angle of the visor simply pull up and down.
In-Mold Fusion
The Bell helmets have an In-Mold process that joins the frame or shell in one piece with EPS polyurethane to achieve a more solid and resistant helmet. The polyurethane is injected into the thin structure when it is in the mold, hence the name, instead of being given separately and then joined together. Bell is a pioneer in the use of this process and is used throughout the high range.
In-Mold Bottom Wrap
The In-Mold back wrap of the Bell helmets provides a new level of durability, strength and aesthetics to our helmets. By injecting the frame in the middle / lower part of the helmet, it reinforces what is weakest in most helmets, the EPS polyurethane exposed.
Internal reinforcement
In order to maximize ventilation and minimize volume, the finish of the hulls is characterized by internal reinforcement structures. The composition of the skeletons strengthens the hull and reinforces in specific areas. This allows for larger vents, less weight and an advanced style.
Channelized ventilation
Ventilation channels designed inside the hull structure. The warm air from the front passes through the helmet to exit the rear. You will find this feature in one way or another in almost all Bell helmets, but it is in the high-end helmets where the channels are developed with enough depth to move the air constantly whether you run at 47 km / h or if you go to 12 km / h.
Cam-Lock strap clip
It facilitates the adjustment of the straps around the ears. You just have to open the clip, place it in the position you think is convenient and close the clip again.
