Does exactly what it’s supposed to do
This is a great bladder, easy to use and fill. Hose is nice and long. Just be carful with the sliding hanger it can be a little fiddly to get on and off until you get use to it. A little hint when you have the bladder filled with water suck any excess air out of it to stop the water sloshing around inside. That will stop it bouncing around when it’s on your back.

Absolutely brilliant
I bought this as a gift for my husband with the Salomon bladder to go with it. It is brilliant, so comfortable, holds 2.5l of water. It’s used for long distance running, it doesn’t rub, nor does it come loose or bounce around on your back, it has loads of adjustment straps so to suit different body types and so once you are in you are good to go. It has loads of space and pockets for all your gear. I have used other Salomon hydration vests this is by far the best. It is true to size and fits both men and women. A hit with regards to soft water bottles and bladders; suck any excess air out of the bottle or bladder when filled with water to ensure as little bounce as possible when you run.
