The name Complex 4: 1 derives from the proportion of its formulation between carbohydrates and proteins, adjusted to physiological needs. Carbohydrates provide fast and sustained energy over time to muscle tissue, so that they protect against muscle catabolism in long-term efforts. The proteins contained in this formulation, from the milk whey isolate of fresh milk and obtained by the new CFM extraction technique (cross-flow microfiltration), are easily digestible in any physiological situation as they do not undergo changes in their molecular structure.
Its enrichment with royal jelly, vitamins and minerals, in addition to helping the best physiological use of the nutrients it contains, also serves to balance possible food imbalances.
The omega 3 and 6 fatty acids that contain Complex 4: 1, of vegetable origin and free of contamination by heavy metals and toxic substances contained in blue fish, are essential for the perfect functioning of the organism.
All this, together with its easy digestibility, makes Complex 4: 1 to be used both by athletes to complement their breakfast and snack, as well as by active, convalescent or elderly people to enrich or balance their diet.

How to use: Dissolve 2 measures (40 grams) in 250-400 ml. of skimmed milk, water or fruit juice and take twice a day, outside of the two main meals.
