Ingredients: (per gelatin capsule): Essential amino acids (L-Lysine hydrochloride, L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Threonine, L-Isoleucine, L-Methionine, L-Phenylalanine), whey protein hydrolyzate ( contribution of natural L-tryptophan), magnesium stearate.
How to use:
As a complement for athletes: Take 5 to 10 capsules 20 minutes after finishing the training.
As a supplement in diets: Take 5-10 capsules during meals in which you want to increase the richness of its essential amino acids.
