Composition:
- Iron: essential for the synthesis of hemoglobin, which transports oxygen to all the organs of the body. It is necessary for the synthesis of DNA and intervenes in the synthesis, degradation and storage of neurotransmitters: serotonin, dopamine and GABA. It also plays an important role in the synthesis of myelin by oligodendrocytes.
- Vitamin C: it favors the absorption of iron by different ways: it reduces the iron contained in the food to the Fe2 + form, more soluble; and forms a very stable complex (ferric ascorbate) in the acid medium of the stomach, which remains soluble in the duodenum. It is therefore the best enhancer of the bioavailability of non-heme iron that is known.
- Vitamin B9 (folic acid) B6 and B12: essential for the production of red blood cells to be effective. If we do not consume enough, the maturation of the red blood cells will be incomplete, they will be larger, have a shorter life and their capacity to transport oxygen will be lower.
The iron is introduced into a liposome by means of a cutting-edge technological process. In this way the iron is covered by a spherical membrane of phospholipid nature similar to cell membranes, being able to fuse with them and be absorbed more easily by the organism. Thus, the liposome allows to protect the gastrointestinal mucosa from the oxidizing action of iron and minimizes the appearance of adverse effects and discomforts typical of iron treatment: tooth coloring, metallic taste, irritation of the digestive tract, nausea and vomiting, reduction in the absorption of other nutrients, abdominal pain, drug interaction, diarrhea or constipation, etc.

Ingredients:
Folic acid, liposome ferric pyrophosphate, gelatin (capsule), l-ascorbic acid, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate and dioxide silica), cyanocobalamin, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
How to use:
1 capsule daily ingested with a glass of water or fruit juice (150-200 ml) one hour before or two hours after meals.
