During high-intensity or long-lasting physical activity, a series of physiological processes such as loss of water and electrolytes, emptying of glycogen deposits and catabolism of muscle fibres that can alter physical performance occur. ND4 has been formulated taking into account these physiological processes to offer an effective and comfortable integral solution. It also contains magnesium and vitamin B6 which helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Its contribution in vitamin C, B1, B2 and B6 contributes to the normal energetic metabolism, and incorporates selenium and vitamins C and E that contribute to the protection of the cells against oxidative damage.

- How to use: Dissolve 2 scoops (39g) in 500ml of water. Shake well before use. Drink small sips during training sessions or competitions that exceed 60 minutes in duration.
