Ingredients: Glucose syrup, proteins with different absorption speeds: (lactalbumin isolate and concentrate, calcium caseinate, soy protein isolate), milk chocolate coating (non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, sucrose, cocoa, skimmed milk, soy lecithin, aroma), almond, puffed rice, whole oats, preservative: sorbic acid, vitamins (pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride).
