Infisport Glutamin Zinc capsules in a food supplement based on L-Glutamine (Kyowa Quality), zinc and vitamin B6 in capsule format. Glutamine is the most abundant non-essential amino acid in the blood and striated muscle, participating in numerous biochemical processes. It is an essential amino acid for many important functions of different body systems and apparatuses, especially the immune system and the intestine. However, during catabolic states, such as infections, surgery, trauma, physical exercise, and other states of metabolic acidosis, its requirements are greatly increased, its own homeostasis is altered, and glutamine reserves may be depleted.
Directions for use:
Composition: L-glutamine, zinc, vitamin B6.
Format: Pack containing 150 capsules of 800 mg each
Recommended dosage: 6-9 capsules/day
Directions for use: Take 2-3 capsules 3 times a day. Always take once at the end of exercise.
