Recommendations:
- Take 2 effervescent tablets and mix with 500 ml of water to obtain an isotonic drink.
- Drink immediately before starting the effort (150 ml). During physical activity drink 150-250 ml every 15 to 20 minutes. Drink also after sports activity to allow a faster recovery (150 ml).
