The Assos Mille GT BCL 2022 Limited Edition Short-Sleeved Jersey for women is designed to commemorate and celebrate the Qhubeka - Bicycles Change Lives solidarity program. The design of this limited edition is the winner of the contest organized by Assos, the work of Stijn Dossche. 40% of each jersey sold goes directly to the Qhubeka program, supporting the shared mission with Assos to change lives through bicycles on the African continent. The design features typical African styles and patterns. The jersey is based on the second generation of the Assos Mille GT c2 range, with a sleeve structure without hems, made of the same elastic and ultra-soft fabrics used for the Assos competition jerseys. This seamless design achieves the best possible transition between upper arms and fabrics, offering a firm fit that adapts as you stretch to reach the handlebars. The body of the jersey is made of BIG DUAL knitted fabric, which is highly breathable, lightweight and quick-drying. The finishing touches include a zipper with a locking system and a triple back pocket, which ensures the safety of objects thanks to its integrated protective covers.

The cut of Assos garments has been designed for positioning on a bike. Some Assos garments have been specially designed for users of athletic build. Assos garments have an anatomical fit, based on the AEPD system (Advanced Ergonomic Pattern Design), therefore Assos has designed their garments with the cyclist's protection and fit in mind, but without overexerting the pressure points. The best way to experience Assos' anatomical precision is by wearing their garments and getting yourself in position on your bicycle. You will feel how the clothes adapt perfectly to your cycling posture. Obviously, Assos does not design clothing to be comfortable off the bike, this is a normal feeling among customers. Purchasing the wrong size (too large or too small) will cause discomfort. A garment that is too large may cause irritation and discomfort due to folds or fabric surpluses, since in this case, Assos' personal ALS sizing system would not work perfectly. If the garment is too small, the points of union and seams will stretch excessively, resulting in an increase in pressure and discomfort.

Tips for use:
- Never pull the seams when putting on or taking off Assos garments
- Before getting on the bike, place the clothes correctly, especially the chamois and other pressure points, without forcing the seams or joining points
- Assos bib shorts are designed for cycling. That is why the straps can pull excessively when we are standing, on the bike the excessive pressure disappears, if not, check your size
- Avoid stretching the bib shorts excessively when urinating (for men). It is best to do this by stretching the garment from the belly and straps, always leaning forward to lower the tension in the seams
- Avoid riding near branches and shrubs, that will undoubtedly ruin your garments

Washing tip:
- Every time you wash Assos garments, try to do it separately from the rest of the laundry, thus avoiding friction with other fabrics and preserving the properties of Assos clothes
- Always separate dark and white clothes
- Before each wash, turn the clothes over so that the inside is on the outside
- Assos garments can be washed in the washing machine, but always use the protective bag and a washing program for delicate clothes (maximum 30c)
- Do not use fabric softeners or aggressive products. Always use liquid and neutral soaps (e.g. Assos Active Wear Cleaner)
- Do not stretch or squeeze Assos garments, even to remove excess water
- Never use a tumble dryer with Assos garments. Allow your clothes to air-dry, in a place not exposed to the sun

Storage:
- After each ride, store Assos garments in a well-ventilated place, although ideally you should wash them immediately after cycling
- Do not dry or store garments in full sun
- Never store garments in a damp, closed place (avoid plastic bags, sports bags, etc.)
- If you usually sweat a lot, it is advisable to rinse the garment in cold water after each departure. This will protect the fabrics from bacteria that could damage them
