The Joma Rase XS-2 shoes are designed for competition, very lightweight, ideal for terrains of medium difficulty. The upper is made of Nylon characterized by its strength and resistance, featuring pieces of welded TPU to increase its protection and strength in the toe and sides. The neck is designed like a sock to improve the fit and provide a more comfortable shoe and more protection for the foot. The pre-moulded EVA insole fitted to the foot shape, the 2 mm natural EVA base insole is sewn to the last. The midsole is designed in a piece of Phylon providing cushioning. The rubber sole with abrasion resistance DIN-60, has a design of studs in two directions, with front pattern for grip on the uphill and rear pattern for grip on the downhill. The studs on the sides are longer. The heel and the toe favour the grip, they are the two parts of the sole that require an extra reinforcement. Features an internal plate to avoid torsion and that stones or other elements get stuck in the sole.

- Joma Sportech:
Injected rubber that prevents seams and other rigid materials in the upper part of the shoe. It provides lightness, comfort, greater flexing capacity and better adjustment to the foot. The thickness is variable depending on the protection and resistance needs of each zone.

- Durability:
High strength rubber that delays abrasion wear, with bidirectional studs for up and down grip.

- Protection:
Injected material that increases strength and durability in the toe.

- VTS:
Ventilation system that allows the entry of air, promotes perspiration, keeps the temperature constant, preventing foot heating.

- Glove system:
A system that is mounted between the insole and the upper part that provides greater comfort and reduces weight by resulting in a single piece. Both parts are sewn flat and without protruding seams.

- Balance System:
Rigid plate between the midsole and the sole located in the front that prevents twisting and stabilizes the tread on rough terrain.

- 360º:
Manufacturing system that improves the union between the sole and the cut, facilitating the natural distribution of weight in the tread.
