The unique monolayer technology patented by La Sportiva combines the concepts of first layer and lining and achieves the perfect balance between breathability, windproofness and waterproofness. Its dense surface fabric blocks wind and water without the need to add a layer, making it wash-resistant. Thanks to its single-layer construction, the fabric is lighter and less bulky compared to two- and three-layer fabrics. The soft, plush interior retains warm air to keep you feeling warm. It has a moderate stretch to provide the freedom of movement needed during activities while dissipating excess heat at the same time.

For each clothing product that comes with the "RECYCLED" label, La Sportiva guarantees the following features: Each petrochemical material has been replaced with a post-consumer recycled PET bottle. The garment helps to protect nature and to reduce the environmental impact. Excellent and long-lasting quality Less CO2 emission (-54%) compared to the use of normal polyester fibres.
