In 1994 LED LENSER was founded with an initial capital of 1000 Deutschmarks (about 500 euros), a drawing pad and an old Atari computer in a garage. In LED LENSER they were obsessed with the concept of light, had good ideas and often worked until after midnight. During the few hours of sleep they needed, they dreamed of bright stars.

Meanwhile, with the help of around 1000 employees and in three production locations, they created a pocket flashlight program that is unique in the world. LED LENSER has invested many years of work in development and research in creating its extensive current catalog.
