Mix the content of each sachet with 500 ml of water and shake it well until it is completely dissolved. Proceed with care, the right amounts need to be mixed for the hydrogel technology to work. The content is designed to be mixed with water that has a calcium content of less than 40mg/L. Higher levels of calcium may affect its dissolution. You can consume the drink before, during and/or after physical activity.
